I love this thing! I’ve only had it for two days and it’s clearly the wisest purchase I’ve made, healthwise! I put it in front of my couch with a couple pillows behind my back. I got this because I have degenerative disc disease, trying to walk a distance makes my lower back tighten up. Using this bike helps get my blood circulating, which helps ease my pain. It’s only been two days but I feel a difference already! It’s quiet, easy to move and love the display, showing my progress. I’m in a small condo, so this is perfect, doesn’t take up a bunch of space! My husband was nice enough to do the assembly which only took a few minutes!

Strong and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Perfect for knee replacement surgery recovery. You can adjust resistance and how close you sit to it as your healing progresses. Keeps things moving between PT sessions.
