Reached out to the company and they were quick to reply, although it was me that was slow to respond due to being busy and not tethered to my computer. They agreed to send a replacement case upon sending pictures and copy of receipt. The unit itself works well. Have defiantly enjoyed its use!

I had a rotator cuff surgery / repair a few months ago and physical therapy was using a TENS unit as part of my therapy / recovery. I loved it, but didn’t want something quite that fancy. I decided to try the Roscoe TENS/EMS 4-Channel and haven’t looked back. It does everything their fancy machine did and does it well.I still use it from time to time to massage and help with flow in the calves after a 14 hour shift.I can’t complain about a single thing with this machine, even the supplied pads lasted for months.Great machine and well worth the price.
