I did a lot of research before ordering and compared this chair to others costing $2700+ and the features were almost exactly the same. The chair is just what I needed to get around on a vacation where we would be doing a lot of walking. Due to my impaired mobility, I wouldn’t have been able to get around and enjoy the trip without it. For extra comfort and stability, I recommend that you personally tighten all the nuts/screws on the chair and add support under the cushion (we used plywood.) The chair is small & light enough for travel and is airline compliant. Make sure to pre-approve the chair with each airline because they all have different check-in requirements. Customer service was excellent! There was a mix-up with my order and when I contacted the seller, they immediately arranged for the wrong item to be picked up and sent the correct chair via FedEx. The airline lost a part on my chair and when I contacted the seller to ask if I could order a replacement, the sent it to me for free.

We liked how easy it’s to use, right out of the box. Easy to fold and unfold. It’s not too wide and fits in tight places, specially in the car trunk. We liked the remote control feature. It’s great that you can park the chair away from you. We liked the battery life and the placement of the plug receptacle. We didn’t like that the wheels hubs caps easily break off; but that’s not very important. We didn’t like that the foot rest is not adjustable. We had to make our own cushion in order for our little one to be able to use it.

Brought in 1/24 have done 2 major trips including a Curise with plane ride. Paced with luggage not a problem. Would recommend a travel cover to protect some exposed wires. I didn’t see one they offered so got a generic which worked with modifications. Gives wife complete independence. Brakes auto lock for transfers. Light enough for me to handle with battery installed. So far battery is great about a 4 hour life at normal speed to get out of green dots. Could push if it ran out but not my intention. Nice under seat carry bag for charger and iPad. Looks nice doesn’t have those huge wheels, yet does flat grass ok. I did replace rear tip over wheels with dual heavy wheels with bearings and heavy axel. About $10 . Much better for us then others costing x3 more. Highly recommend. She has been riding around Baltimore inner harbor with no issues.

I have been using this chair for a few weeks now and you can expect it to basically disintegrate around you. Nuts and bolts just falling off – yep. Loose joints that will not tighten no matter how many times you turn the screw. Just this morning the joystick control bar just fell off…I have ordered a different model, slightly more expensive. Hope that does the trick.

This is the perfect wheel chair for in home use and going out. It is light weight but my wife still is unable to lift it. All in all it is a good chair and for the price well worth it.

This poor lightweight wheelchair supposedly is not as easy to maneuver as they lead you to believe there is actually no handle to hold onto to pull this wheelchair. You have to hold your hand over to large bars in order to pull it, and then it only pulls onto very tiny wheels, making it very difficult. The seller said he would solve my problem, but he did not solve my problem on handling this wheelchair and ended up telling me that it’s been two months since I purchased it and he was not willing to give me a refund or even a different chair they don’t have one.

For my wife, she has found it comfortable and easy to operate., I find it well made, fairly light weight considering the beefy construction, and large 2 motors one on each wheel. I did find like others slightly loose screws on the tip wheels but every place else I checked they were very tight. It travels well on our carpet area’s and everywhere else. She originally wanted one she had a brochure for that was half the weight but triple the price, she’s happy we got this one instead.

YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT FOR FREE!!!The chair is lighter than most, however, without the seat folding in half it’s too wide to fit thru a non ADA room on a cruise ship. You have to be able to lift it into the room. It folds nicely for a trunk. I found it comfortable enough. I felt like it wanted to tip forward on some of the thresholdsThe joystick is extremely sensitive. I contacted the seller & was 1st called back within 20 mins.I had questions & was called back with answers within an hour. I think in the main description it needs to state clearly that it’s not a free return. It would be nice not to have to search for that & then try to decipher how much you might get back if you send it back.
