The seat is very comfortable and large enough for my large butt. Foot rest/leg space is a bit small. Heavy duty enough, feels very safe and stable in the house and on a very slight grade.Like the remote control. Can transfer in the roll in shower and then use the remote to to back it and then roll it back in when done to transfer from bench to wheelchair.Battery life seems really good. I charged it up when I first got it overnight and haven’t recharged yet. It still shows all it’s “bars” on the fuel gauge.Cons are minor.Con 1: It is a bit challenging to get the hang of steering it. It’s getting easier the more I use it though.Con 2: it takes a bit of distance to stop when it’s going medium to fast. It doesn’t electric brake quickly like my scooter. Until I got the hang of that, I bloodied my toes a couple a couple of times.Con 3: I’m 6’1″ and it’s a little smallBut still works for me. Probably shouldn’t be over 5’9″ or less than a 30″ inseam.Con 4: needs a rubber grippy rubber pad on the footrest. It’s bare metal and slippery.Overall, no major complaints, it’s exactly as advertised. Highly recommend.

I’m going to reach out to Customer Support because when you push on the joystick and release from the joystick, it wants to keep going and it lags so when you push forward, it takes a minute to respond when you push left or right it doesn’t necessarily go left or right, but I am having a leg amputation done in a few days so I don’t have time to mess around so Soon as I am done with that, I will definitely be trying to get this thing either swapped out or replace somehow. It has a lot of cool features, but the feature that I need to be able to be maneuverable which therefore it lacks.

The remote does not function properly. It won’t fold or unfold the chair as described. I charged the battery completely and still nothing. A little smaller than expected and definitely heavier.

  4. Patti

Not as light as they make it seem otherwise it’s pretty good

  5. Ardie B. McNeal

    Just what I needed.

It’s a bit sqeemous in the steering but quite comfortable. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to use it for living. The seller was awesome in Customer Service no doubt but again I haven’t been able to really use the chair due to being immobile myself. It’s to heavy for me to lift but any healthy person can easily remove the chair from the vehicle because it’s weight comes in at a light 48-49 lbs. My experience with seller and the entire process was flawless and a pleasure!

It was easy to uncrate, and get settled up by reading the instructions. After the batteries were charged it works great. I am 80 years old and had no problems folding it and putting it in the back of our SUV. I would recommend this to anyone.
