Although this bedside commode chair came unassembled, it wasn’t too hard to assemble with two people. The directions were in Chinese but there was a video to watch which helped. There are two choices for which height to put the seat. We love that the seat is padded and so is the back, making it much more comfortable than the average bedside commode chair. It’s also very nice that it comes with an extra cushion to place on top of the commode seat in order to use it as a regular chair. When it’s time to empty the removable bucket, it’s easy to lift up the hinged commode seat and remove the bucket with its handles.

The first thing I would like to point out is the instructions for putting this together are in chinese with just a picture of the chair. I don’t think I have it assembled correctly. So I will be taking it apart and changing it to see if the toilet seat fits on the bar as it should. Cheap plastic clamps that are supposed to grasp the rear bar, will not last long at all. The seat cushion just sits on the toilet seat, freestyle. It doesn’t attach to anything. You just lift it off. The bucket is very nice, and has a good seal on the lid. The cushions are plush, and thick. They should last a good while. So there are some things I really liked, but other things I thought they could do much better on. One thing I want them to take note on, is if you are sending this to someone with a United States address, send them English instructions. You should just redo the entire instructions sheet with better instructions.
