Any warranties on the item/items sold herby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, Galenus Medical, herby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Galenus Medical neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items.

Return Terms and Conditions

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO QUALIFY / INITIATE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. NO RETURN OR REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS. 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON ITEMS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR PARTS. NO RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGE WITH ORIGINAL INTERNAL PACKAGING MATERIAL, ASSEMBLY MANUALS, AND INSTRUCTION MANUALS. ALL CARD PURCHASES WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CARD USED TO MAKE PURCHASE AND COULD TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FUNDS TO BECOME AVAILABLE AFTER REFUND IS PROCESSED AND COMPLETED.

Return Policy

At Galenus Medical, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality medical equipment products. We strive to ensure that each item leaving our facility meets the stringent standards we have set for ourselves. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not meet expectations or arrives damaged.

Therefore, our return policy is as follows:

  1. Acceptance of Returns: Galenus Medical accepts returns for medical equipment products only in the event that the items are damaged or defective upon receipt.
  2. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and condition. Any signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will void the eligibility for return.
  3. Initiating a Return: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return authorization. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
  4. Return Authorization: Before returning any item, you must obtain authorization from Galenus Medical. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  5. Return Shipping: Galenus Medical provides no cost return shipping labels. Upon return approval a shipping label will be provided to customer by Galenus Medical. Customer may drop off item at UPS Store locations for convenient shipping return using our return label.
  6. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  7. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to initiate a return following the guidelines outlined in this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
