I have neck problems after getting whiplash twice. My favorite thing at the PT’s office was being put on the rack and having my neck stretched. I keep hoping to find a device that will work at home to do this. This was the closest. my biggest problem with these is they push my neck forward. I work over a computer all day and I actually need it pulled back. The air pump does this a bit, but the device is a little too tall for me. The shortest setting for length is a stretch and makes it hard to breathe. I think it should work well for someone with a longer neck.
