I’m disabled w/Chronic Pain thx to a screwed up spine (& 2 failed surgeries), along with/bad knees, so I needed these for back support while sitting up in bed & for under my knees. My only complaint is that the part of the smaller wedges that goes under your knees feels a bit sharp, so I do have to add padded pillow cases on them for softness. Other than that, they do the job.
