I purchased this for my mom. She is new to using a walker and I wanted something sturdy and easy for her to maneuver. I was very happy to see this checked both boxes for her. It was easy enough for my husband to install for her but I can see it might be a little more difficult for someone with strength issues. Unfolding and folding it down are quite easy, and it locks in place with a sturdy thump. Adjusting for height was very simple and it was able to accommodate my 5’3″ mom. Let me preface the size. It is compact and rugged. The 12 inch front wheels are nice for where we live, where the terrain is not all smooth. The seat is is a big plus for my mom, she has bad knees, and she loves the padded back. The “ride” is smooth and steering seems quite easy, even in tight spaces (yes, i gave her a driving test lol). I love the little touches for her, including the foot step by the wheel to help over curbs and the cup holder. Little touches that are included that make her life a little easier. The one thing I will say, that was a bit tough and people should know, is trying to put it in a trunk is a bit difficult because of the big wheels and cup holder sticking out so be careful. The cup holder is easily removable though. This walker is on the heavier side, which was OK for us, but this might be an issue for some. You definitely need room in your trunk for this walker or a larger back area. Even with this I am still happy about this purchase because it’s what I wanted for my mom. As far as value goes, I believe it’s worth the money. This is not the cheapest nor is it the most expensive, but in this model, you definitely get what you pay for. You can feel the quality in the walker. I hope this review helps my fellow Galenus Medical customers.

I’m so glad I just went ahead and bought this rollater. 12 inch wheels on the front – 10 inch wheels on the back. I bought it after my total knee replacement because I live in the country and I only can walk in the grass or gravel driveway. My rollater in the house wouldn’t go through any of that.Having this is the only way I can get in my daily walks and also walk the dog. I can walk around ona couple of acres and stay off the road which is tar chip seal and it still travels on that quite well.1 2 3 to put it together. Is well made has a storage bag and seat. The only thing that’s uncomfortable about it is it’s not a padded seat but I’m out there walking and I do sit on it but it’s not long-term. This is not a rollator for in the house the wheelsare too big. It’s a perfect rollator for dirt paths, grass ,gravel, road. I find it worth the money and if you want to know how to put it together there’s some videos on YouTube. It was a great deal easier to put together than my Medline rollator in the house.

First of all I really do love this walker…However I am going to return it – for the same exact MAXWALK walker but with the smaller wheels. I realized that the 12″ / 10″ wheels make it too big to use comfortably around the house… All the information focuses on outdoors. My husband is more indoors than outdoors! So I’m going to get the model with the 10″ / 8″ wheels are hope that will work better for our needs. When you receive it you might thing that it’s Really Big, like I did. As far as I can tell, the 10″/8″ wheel model is exactly the same, just smaller wheels. I did a lot of research when I decided which one to buy. One good feature that others do not have is that the wires for the brakes are inside the frame, making it safer and more convenient. It is very sturdy and the height adjustment of the arms and folding the walker up are very easy as explained in the video and details. My husband is 5′ 9″ and uses the #4 setting comfortably. He also tried #5 and it was just a little too high. As I said, I do love it and I have already ordered the model with the smaller wheels. Oh – and I love the cane holder and that it has the stepper foot pedals, one of each side. Would be perfect for outside. I do not love the phone/cup holder though!

First and foremost, this is an excellent walker. It’s made to last. First thing I noticed were that the welds are perfect, it is not stamped together. This guy is never going to fail. I love the rubber 12-inch wheels. I mostly wonder in my own backyard, but I found that the yard is full of ruts, which means a 7 or 8 inch wheel gets stuck, these 12 inchers go over everything. Adjusting the handle height is a breeze. Just push a button and it goes up or down an inch at a time. I found assemble was very easy. Not much to do. Just follow the numbers marked on the frame and on the wheel mounts and it’s together in minutes. Despite the large wheels it folds small enough to fit in the trunk of a 2002 Corolla no matter which way you point it. I like that it has reflectors (for the occasional night walking in the street) in the hand grips which btw, are very comfortable.

The first one was defective and I was sitting there talking with friends and fell out of it, sideways. Something with the wheels and the seat ripped.I returned it and the cup/cell phone holder There was one in the first one; but NOT in this 2nd one.I feel cheated because it’s a necessary item. So, now I have to buy it separately and pray that it fits. There’s no way for me to contact the seller, so they can send it to me.It’s stupid to return the whole thing for 1 missing piece. It is a bit heavy and a bit awkward to lift. Went for a walk in the woods on a path, still hard to go over roots but better than the 4” wheel one. Better on gravel but you still need to use some strength.I would definitely recommend; especially if you enjoy the outdoors. Love the color and that you get to choose a variety.

We have had 7 rolls tots over the years. This one is easy to assemble (click- click). The wheels are really big and swivel very well. The brake cables are mostly hidden (important for car portability). Would highly recommend.
