  1. I’m the one.

It was easy to assemble. I’m 5′ 4″ and this walker will allow me to walk upright and stride, unlike the other walkers I see people hunched over with. I am recovering from Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus which kept me in a wheelchair for 9 months until I could have the surgery I needed.

The product was defective. The right back wheel didn’t work. I thought it was a defective brake. I searched the company on the internet. After several searches I found the company. They had a way to contact them and I wrote to them about the issue. They sent a video about how to correct the brake problem. As an elderly disabled person it was not something I could do. They offered help but I asked my brother who was an engineer and works on his bikes all the time. When he checked it he said it was the wheel, took it off and determined it was defective. He said send it back. I conveyed it to the company. They are helping me do that. In the meantime I am having to package it up and send it back. I really want the replacement to work. There is much to like about the product. I will update my review once I get the replacement.UPDATEThe problem with the defective wheel was solved by the company very quickly, great customer service! I am really enjoying the Rollator. It can be easily adjusted no matter what your height. Love the adjustability of the seat height, something I often have issues with. I am 5’ 8 1/2” and it fits me perfectly. Others in my family are over 6 feet and it could easily fit them too. It has some nice features and most of all it fits in my car easily. I actually haven’t found a thing I dislike about it.

I purchased this walker because it said “easy to fold and lightweight”. It is a little difficult to fold if a person is a frail senior citizen. The biggest issue is it says it weighs 16 pounds, but is quite heavy to lift. The weight limit says 350 pounds, but I weigh 297 and barely fit in the seat. It is a little difficult to stand from sitting. The seat needs to be brought forward for comfort in sitting. If it wasn’t so much trouble to return , I would send it back.

Walker came with two left wheels. The bottle holder was falemzy. Fell of after putting a bottle in it. Is very or impossible to fold. Too difficult to send back. Would not recommend

My dislikes are. The strap around the seat is way to small / tight, while sitting on the seat. Also left break cable keeps hit and getting caught on everything, it sticks out to far on the left. I can fix that part but the small tight back rest I can’t.
