Works great to move patient from bed to wheelchair

I use this almost every day. It is great to transfer from the bed to the wheelchair, and even into the car. I actually need a longer one to get into my wife’s Chevy Equinox as it sits a good bit higher than my wheel chair. But it works great for my dayds hundia and my scion. It is sturdy and you don’t feel like you are going to fall.

This board is very sturdy and wide. We’ve had it now for about 4-5 months and beyond dings it’s still completely solid. The only con I would say is it needs a better finish on it. We bought it for transferring my mom from the bed to the wheelchair. She doesn’t like it because it makes her work harder but in my opinion it’s helped her progress more because it makes her work harder. She doesn’t slide as easy so I would think I would help with falls more. The Physical therapist was loving it and asked where we got it because she doesn’t see them that wide. Highly recommend it.
