Must Love Dogs –
My mother-in-law was offered this type of rollator at the retirement home where she lives, and she mentioned to me and my husband, but the company was asking almost $600 for it. We searched for a cheaper one at Galenus Medical, and we ordered this one. I was a little nervous about it because I did not want to take any chance on her safety. But as soon as my husband assembled it and tried it, we put our minds at ease. My mother-in-law has been using this rollator a lot, but due to its size it is not a rollator for people to use inside of a room, but it is great for the outdoors. She feels much more comfortable going on her walks without having to curve her back and feeling the bumps using a small light-duty rollator. She is on the heavier side, so this rollator gives her more stability when outdoors.The wheels are huge and strong. She says that she feels very safe when walking outside. The breaks work really well, and it is very easy to move around. The height can be adjusted, as well as the distance between the breaks and where you rest the elbows. It comes with a pocket in the back which can take a lot of weight. We carried a 12 pack soda and 2 bottles of juice. Also, we hung several grocery bags on it and she said it did not make the ride heavier. The only complaint we have about this rollator is its seat. For a heavy-duty item like this one, we would expect a cushioned seat, and deeper. Although it is very wide (great for larger folks like my mother-in-law), it is not really comfortable. Since she is not really using to seat on it, we are OK with it, but this is certainly something that the manufacturer could improve in future models. In regards to the assembling: every single piece comes protected by plastic to avoid scratches (I guess), but I think it is a bit too much. After we got rid of the plastic, the assembly was really easy. So far so good!

Good product as described. Easy to assemble and use. I am tall no issues with my knees hitting the seat or anything. Easy for me to sit and get myself up. Great product.

Easy to install , took a while to figure out had to pull out holders for bag. Dont use it then because makes harder to fold. It helps you to stand up straight. Extends to adjust. Somewhat awkward to use because it is heavy and doesn’t turn quite as easy as a smaller rolator. Feels a little wobbly when fully extended. Heavy when folded. I don’t fold the legs because it is very difficult by myself to get it up and locked in place. It wants to rol away from you and hard to snap in place. Otherwise it is a solid walker. You walk straight up and relieves pressure I had on arms with other walker. Allows me to walk great distances. Don’t like the seat. The padded seat on rolator was comfortable for a long sit at events. Arms rested above handles. This seat is narrow and unpadded and your shoulders are squeeded inside handles uncomfortably.
