My dad had open heart surgery and he has to sleep laying upwards. So he uses these wedges everywhere he sits. Gives such good support. Just enough. When he sleeps he puts it under his legs. It’s not too hard. It’s a good size like a pillow. And the height isn’t too tall. It’s super functional everywhere you go. And the quality of sleep is 10/10. My dad loves it.
