- Start with the lowest setting (need to use it consistently to see results): Our neck traction device with the omnidirectional surrounding design is based on the shoulder to fix the neck. Lifting the head evenly from both sides to ensure to open the intervertebral space at the correct traction angle, and reduce any pressure for neck.
- Fully adjustable: The rear knob adjusts tightness, the side knobs adjust height, you can make manual adjustments according to the acceptable level to get customizable neck traction. But please note that never adjust the cervical traction device too tight or too high, neck traction requires patience.
- Ergonomic design: The 8 inflatable columns of the rear airbag are designed conforming to the cervical spine and provides an important back of neck support force. After inflation, the airbag will evenly stretch the neck muscles. Your neck needs time to adapt, so it will initially be painful because of traction. Please note: It is important to follow the instructions to connect and disconnect the manual pump correctly.

Used for a couple weeks now and works great. Only complaint is i wish the lowest setting was a little bit lower. I must have a short neck because the lowest setting is already kinda tight on my chin but it still works fine, just a small nit pick.

This product seems to be well-made, a little awkward to get in and out of, but it does help with the neck. I only use it once a week.

Trouble with fitting chin area.When I try to fit under the chin, trying to avoid covering lips by adjusting with air inflation and turning tighter backside, I begin to feel dizzy and uncomfortable, I have to remove all.I on had cervical spine surgery about 2 months ago.
