Two negative comments:1. The instructions are not helpful. The person who wrote them speaks better English than I speak Chinese, but trial and error worked better for me.2. If the handles were a half inch closer together, I wouldn’t fit.Seems well-built and worth the money.

This is a well made toilet hand rail system. The rails easily move back and forward. They feel very solid and sturdy. The base plate is solid metal. Heavy. The screws and allen wrench fit and work just fine. Even the packaging was well designed. But as I went to fit this under the toilet seat, I noticed my toiled had this strange curve in the porcelain that extended so far that the base plate could not fit flat in any way. I should have taken a better look before ordering. Well I’ll have to remove the floor rails from the other toilet and install this one on that next week. I’d make sure the area behind your toilet seat is perfectly flat and that there’s enough room to accomodate the base plate. Otherwise, this is a great product. Great value for the price listed.
