My initial impression is that this is a high quality, easy to use tens/ems machine sold for a very reasonable price. It has all the features one would expect for relief & relaxation, as well as various EMS settings. Has great power & battery life thanks to a large capacity li-ion battery, powered by included USB type C charger.The kit includes a few pairs of 3 different (standard sized) pad types – these snap connector style pads are holding up well so far, staying attached to where I’ve placed them despite being outside in +90°(F) weather. Also, this machine is compact & small enough that it easily fit in my pocket along with my cell phone.It has a pleasing visual design also … While I’ve never minded using bright colored pads, wires or leads, I’ll admit I enjoy the all color matched black design of this one- another improvement is the lead wires have attached wire ties to reduce tangling, etc. The kit includes all necessities like leads, USB-C charging cable, 2 pad holders & an info/use card, all fitting nicely in included the hard case.I’d rate this as one of the most powerful, compact sized ones I’ve used. It seems well designed & although I do have “fancier” ones with touch screen controls, I prefer knowing what the controls do & not accidentally changing the functions.Overall I’m pleased giving 5 ⭐’s for this NEOCARBON brand, powerful, well designed tens/EMS machine & kit!

This was a replacement for my first tens unit that gave up the ghost and died. I LOVE it. The bright yellow, it gets deep where I need it to. I only wish it had a belt clip. Anyone suffering from tight muscles YOU NEED THIS!!
