I ordered this because I am always getting lower backaches from being in a wheelchair. I have always wanted to try one of these to see if it helps. My husband also wanted to try one to see if it would help him with painful jolts he gets from his shoulder spasming. I will have to come back and update this review after we have given it enough time to see if it actually helps.

I have occasional pain, not chronic pain but I thought I would try this instead of Advil or Tylenol. I use a computer a lot and I get pain in my upper back shoulders. I followed the directions and charged it up then attached the pads to my shoulders on my upper back. Once I turned it on, I didn’t really feel anything so I increased the number on the channel and it felt tingly. I could not figure out how to set the clock to 10 minutes as suggested and I was never able to get it off the normal setting. Hopefully there is a video to demonstrate this because I am sure there is something I am not doing correctly. I watch the min tick down from 30 to about 23 and turned it off. It does feel a little better but I want to try it again another day to see what I think. I did check with my doctor before trying it and he was familiar with the devise and said I could go ahead and try it. I have used Aspercreme and that works fine for me so, this is a maybe for me right now.

The kit comes with everything you need. Beside the TENS unit itself, the kit comes with the cables and pads. The unit came already partially charged. To charge the unit, you will need to use the included USB-C cable. The unit is bulky. You can clip it on to your belt but I don’t see how this is useful. The unit only has a few modes which I found disappointing. You can control the intensity of the individual pads which is a plus.
