I watched a number of YouTube videos on the use of sliding boards safely. Very helpful. It takes a little practice to position the board properly, but this board is great. It holds my 260 lb husband who has very little use of his legs. We purchased the 32” x 10” board and it is long enough and wide enough to transfer him safely.
