I have purchased two now because I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade area and sister has had two shoulder replacements. This pillow is a life saver. Helps keep the arm lifted enough for relief. The instructions show how to use it but I use it the opposite for my relief. Highly recommend this pillow for shoulder issues. Soft fabric. Can unzip to wash.

Such a reasonable price and simple thing for so much relief and comfort. Shoulder and neck pain, especially after surgery but even after a simple injury lead to a need for proper arm position that always seems just outside hope.
