The rollator was well packaged and easy to assemble. Really appreciated the adjustable seat and handle height adjustments. My arthritic knees make it difficult to get up and down from a seated position and setting the seat at a higher position has allowed me to do so with ease. The unit is fairly easy to lift into and out of the bed of my pickup. The wiring is hidden inside the tubular frame which eliminates getting the wires caught on objects. The rollator rolls very smoothly and is easy to steer. The brakes hold well when I’m seated. The seat needs more padding so I’m considering adding a cushion. I’m an 86 yr old female at 5′ 5″ – 140 lbs and I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I’m delighted with this rollator/walker! It is lightweight, folds easily, has a high seat, and perfect height of arms/grips. Very stable, too. Great value! The small metal ‘up-the-curb’ pieces just to inside of each back wheel makes it easy to do just that. I’ve had many kinds of rollators/walkers in the last 15 yrs, some much more expensive/heavy duty, and am most satisfied with this one. A memory foam cushion on top of the seat makes it a comfy one. The ‘basket’ is nothing to write home about-rather flimsy-but it holds my large purse, iPad, and large travel mug just fine. Because of the way it folds, there is really no other option. The wheels have worked well on sidewalks & grass. This is my travel/keep in the car walker because it is so easy to transport, in/out of car and for plane trips. Only Con so far is that it’s abit wider, making it more difficult to maneuver in our apartment. If you have lots of room in your home, should be just fine,Will update this when i use it on other surfaces. Overall, it deserves the 5 star rating!

I have had a Rollator walker for years and while it is fine indoors, it does not feel very sturdy when I’m out and about. After reading carefully all the information about this product, I ordered one. This walk is much sturdier than my old walker, and I like that I can adjust the height both from the legs and from the handles. I also like that the walker folds together from side to side rather than front to back because the walker can stand upright when folded. This comes in handy and doctors offices where there isn’t a whole lot of room. This walk is very helpful for me when I am walking on uneven ground and I take it everywhere with me, especially when I go out to get the mail. Because it folds side to side, the walker fits neatly behind the front seat of my car. It is easy to lift into the car as well.I have received a lot of attention with this walker and, in fact, two of the ladies in my needlework group have ordered this walker for themselves.Because of the size of this walker, I still use my smaller Rollator in the house because it is easier to navigate furniture and doorways; however, my new walker is my go to for outdoors, In fact, I refer to it as my “all terrain walker.”

This rollator was sturdy and well made and assembled fairly quickly. I had a few design issues with it.I have arthritis in my hands and the “umbrella button” adjustments on the handles and legs are almost impossible for me. I am 5′ 7″ and had the adjustments at the shortest point, so I would only have to do that once. If you are taller, you might be asked to collapse the wheels and handles when you check the rollator at the airplane desk to go into the belly of the airplane. (A walking aid is not considered luggage, so you don’t pay extra.) It would be awkward to ask other people to do it for you, especially if there is a line. Suggest you buy a bag to put the rollator in so the airline doesn’t scratch it, or get the wires caught on something. The back is permanently attached to the handles, so when the handles go up the back goes up and can end up closer to your shoulder blades rather than the small of your back. One screw on the back broke off when I was tightening it.I have suction cups on my cane so the bottom of the cane holder was useless. A hex wrench is required to loosen the cane holder to rotate it. Many seniors don’t have those laying around. When you fold it, there is no way to hold it together and the sides have a tendency to drift apart. The rollator worked well on level surfaces. I ended up returning it because of the weight and bulkiness. It is 17.5 lbs, but you don’t realize how heavy that is until you try to get it up and down stairs.I am going to Europe and there will be many walking tours. I figured a rollator with a seat is the only way I can survive those. There will be stairs, many without handrails, and cobblestone streets.I ordered the three wheel Walk Mate, which is 10.6 lbs. and much less bulky. I’ll review that when I get it.
