I got this electric wheelchair for my grandma. We had a manual one before, but anyone who’s used a wheelchair knows that using a manual wheelchair for a long time can really mess up your shoulders. Pushing that thing with her hands, arms, and shoulders is a repetitive motion in daily life. She’s had shoulder pain ever since she started using a wheelchair. So I decided to get an electric wheelchair so she wouldn’t have to turn that thing by hand a gazillion times a day. I checked out a bunch of similar products before buying and finally picked this one. The price is right and the range is good. To be honest, this electric wheelchair has been a huge help in life. When we got it, we could use it right away without a super complicated assembly process. Just had to install the joystick control. Once it was fully charged, we went on our first outing. It folds up nice and fits in the trunk of our Toyota RAV4. We drove to the park and used it there for the first time. It’s smooth as butter, and that 360° control joystick is a breeze to operate. Easy to speed up and slow down. The brake is super sensitive. As soon as she lets go of the control, it stops on a dime. At first, we followed real close when she was riding it, but now we’re cool with her taking control and going farther on her own. We’ve been using it for about two weeks now. Only had to charge it once. No problems so far. If anything comes up, I’ll update.

had the chair now for about a month on and i must say my wife loves it contacted the seller and customer service and they are VERY helpful and willing to resolve any issues you might have.battery last very long, have not ran it down yet even after a long trip to Walmart speed is very slow or very fast as you like it, easy to load and unload other people in other chairs wonts hers and even wants to know where to get one. At this point I highly recommend this chair will keep you updated OK the seller DID DO exactly what they sed they wood, and I must say I was very impressed with the service, GOOD JOBThey sent me a new joystick and after replacing it there was a small improvement. A very small learning curve from the old unit, JAZZY, but still VERY very good unit. I did find one very small problem which are the arm locks. If you lift the arm with any force the lock will snap into. Other than that, I DO recommend this unit, I don’t think you will regret it, I don’t at this point. will update if needed.updateits April now and still no problems in fact i am planning a trip to Disney and even at this point we have yet to run the battery down I was worried that at Disney this might happen, so I contacted the seller about buying a backup battery and talked with their rep to the MOST CARING lady I have EVER talked to.Without hesitation she understood my concerns and fixed my problem. In the world we live in today, its hard to find anyone who cares as much as these people so if YOU want any service after the sell I would say you would be a fool to go any place else. Will keep you updated.update, we went to Disney last week and I gave the chair the acid test and here is what I found. The battery level lights only went down one light after a full day. it took one and a half days to run the battery down. I did see other scooters all over the place charging there scooters. other than that we had NO problems at all

The wheel chair is easy to handle and setup in a minute, user friendly and good for different users and helpers. It is lightweight and great to load onto the truck for any transportation needs. The wheel can handle different terrains well and back is comfort.

Product Review: Wheelchair Model B0BR616S9JRecently, my dad experienced a significant change in his mobility due to a health issue. As a family, we were determined to find an electric wheelchair that not only offered the necessary support but also provided comfort and ease of use for daily activities.Sturdy ConstructionThe frame is built from high-grade materials that offer both durability and a lightweight feel. This combination ensures that the wheelchair is robust enough to handle everyday use while still being manageable for those assisting my dad. This sturdiness gives us peace of mind, knowing that my dad is safe and se when using it.Easy AssemblyIts ease of assembly, making it convenient for anyone to set up quickly. The process is straightforward:1. **Controller Cable Hook-Up**: The first step involves connecting the controller cable and securing the controller on the right handle.2. **Power Cord Connection**: Next, you need to connect the power cord at the back of the wheelchair.3. **Securing the Latch**: Finally, lift up and se the latch on the back to complete the assembly. Its sturdy construction ensures durability, while the easy assembly process makes it user-friendly. The design prioritizes comfort and independence, providing my dad with a reliable mobility solution. It’s a great electric wheelchair to others facing similar mobility challenges. Recommended.

My wife has hip dysplasia and this makes it so much easier for her to get around. It sounds like something in the control section is broken. I contacted customer service and have yet to receive a response from them. Otherwise a good chair.

I purchased this wheelchair as a travel chair to augment my Pride chair provided by the Veterans Administration. I am a 100% disabled veteran. My first airline travel was Las Vegas to Michigan. This was the first part failure of a bushing in the armrest. Photo # 1. I contacted the vendor and they rapidly provided a package of replacement bushings. I thought this to be a one off. Not so. I am in the Philippines and two more failed during transit (Cheap plastic). My nephew took the last good one and had a machine shop make four replacements from steel. Working fine ! See photos #2 and # 3 Price dropped on Amazon to $1699 then $999 and now not available. No surprise. At $1999 should have been buy one get one free (for spare parts) On the positive great battery life. Also it’s not really lightweight compared to other similar chairs
