I have trouble with restless leg syndrome, aching hips when I lie down and toes that are very sensitive to the weight of winter blankets. This little jewel has helped me get my legs in a position that helps my lower back and achy hips. That alone would be worth the cost of the pillow. When my feet have issues from being tired or are just sensitive to weight I place near my feet and it holds the weight of the blankets above my toes!! Hope it helps you as much as it helps me.
