One small screw didn’t have screw threads so this screw is useless. I had to find the same size small screw to use. Also, one small screw hole for this small screw had a broken tip of a hole drilling bit. So I had to pull that broken tip out. Of course the screw hole is not correctly made, so a screw does not fit in this screw hole. For the leg mounts, the inner surface had 5 screw heads exposed inside surface. So you can’t use this leg mounts bare legs. I have not used this product yet, but just looking at these problems, I would not recommend buying this product. You cannot notice these problems until you open and take out all the parts.I bought this machine for my father to help him exercise. I hope that at least the machine is working properly.After I complained about this product, the seller contacted me and asked me whether I wanted full refund. Of course I said yes, but then the seller asked me whether I wanted another machine. I said I just wanted the full refund that the seller offered me. The seller stopped contacting me. I guess this seller is not trustworthy because this seller doesn’t keep his/her word.
