Bought this model scooter in October 2020. Sales person was very helpful and competitively priced this model after I shopped around and came back with lower prices from competitors in the area. The scooter arrived (boxed) within 4 days of order and a local repair technician was there the next day to unbox, set up and demo the scooter for me. I use this scooter within our subdivision (all hard surface streets) daily and would estimate 2-3 miles travel each day.PROS:This scooter is attractively styled, easy to operate and has plenty of ground clearance.The safety features (lights, turn signals, emergency flashers, horn and etc.) are well thought out, labeled and easy to use.Electrical fuses are easily serviced, labeled and in a location easy to access.Seat, armrests and headrest are very comfortable and easy to adjust.Battery life (if driven on hard surfaces) is good although now a little more than a year old ,have to be charged more often and don’t last as long between recharges.This is a good scooter for larger individuals (I’m 6’4″ and 250 lbs.) BUT it is not a true ‘outdoor’ scooter. When I drive it on grass, gravel (anything besides a hard surface) there is a noticeable lack of power and the batteries drain much faster than normal. While still under warranty I had a service technician check it twice and ultimately told that this model was not for “off-road” use. Somewhat disappointing to me as I’ve owned other scooters the same size (different manufacturers) that had plenty of power and battery life.Customer/Service Technicians seem very knowledgeable are prompt and easy to work with if issues arise.CONS:Power is not sufficient if you drive on steep inclines or on anything other than a hard surface.Size/Weight. This is a mid-size scooter and is NOT easily transportable. At 46 inches long, 28 inches wide and close to 200 pounds in weight it not a model you would want to load/unload in a vehicle on a regular basis.Front tires wear out prematurely. After about 3 months of daily use I noticed the front tires were wearing down (the back tires showed no wear). When the service technician was here for the power complaint troubleshooting, he said he would request a new set of front wheels/tires. Several weeks later he called to say he had the new wheels/tires and came out the next day to replace them.Headlight is underpowered. For a scooter of this size (and cost) you would expect a powerful headlight. I frequently use my scooter after dark and noticed the LED headlight is so underpowered you can barely see more than 10 feet in front. In fact the “foot/puddle” light that illuminates underneath the steering tiller has more power than the headlight! Once out of warranty I replaced the headlight with a 6 LED headlight and the difference was dramatic (and no, the battery doesn’t drain any faster with the bright light versus the original).SUMMARY:Overall I like this scooter. For my use it is sized appropriately and does everything I need it to do.

I have to update my review, it’s been changed to 1 star would give them 0 but it won’t let you, this scooter has been nothing but a nightmare, 1st it didn’t come with the keys, owner’s manual, the proper seat, the side view mirror, 2nd they gave me a bad charger, 3rd the charging port on the scooter doesn’t work and needs to be replaced, now I have to figure out how to pay for the repairs because they’re telling me the factory warranty doesn’t cover it, so I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Living Well Stores. Very upset with this purchase because it is a very nice scooter.

Batteries failed at 8 months. Main controller failed soon after because the electronics are stored below the floor. Short drive in the rain destroyed it.The controller that was installed worked opposite of the original and speed control doesn’t work.The scooter is comfortable smooth and fast, 8mph.Parts are months away because everything is backed up in China.
