This device does not work wellThe machine does not able to lift to a standard size bedI then only one handle moves the machine up and down

The lift works well. There were no instructions on how to put together. Look for videos online. Pretty simple to put together.Be prepared to do a lot of cranking to operate. Spreading the wheels is manual and can take some effort to spread when carrier has person onboard.Delivery was slower than described. After a few communications, a corrected tracking id was provided and regular updates delivery directly from the vendor. A credit was offered for the significant delay

Was good to have a lift that worked lifting person in more natural position than a hoya lift.Big disappointment when it only raises to advertised height when no one is in it. IT WILL NOT GO TO MAX HEIGHT WITH A PERSON IN IT.
