I have been doing Egoscue on my own for a year now following the book Pain Free. Egoscue, along with Essentrics, have helped tremendously. “Progressive Supine Groin” is in two of the menus that I do. I have always skipped that particular e-cize because I didn’t have the tower and couldn’t replicate the positions with a step ladder or stack of books. Recently, I decided to get the tower. Oh my! I wish I had gotten it a year ago when I started Egoscue. Actually, I wish I had it 40 years ago. This special device could have saved me from a lifetime of injuries & knee pain due to improper skeletal alignment. I had been to physical therapy so many times & it never really worked. Egoscue does & this tower is a must for any practitioner. I do not know how Pete Egoscue was so smart to figure this all out. It takes me 50 minutes to complete Progressive Supine Groin, but it is worth it. I walk faster afterwards & my legs feel lighter.

I really appreciated how easy this was to assemble and appraised that the tower was sturdy. Wish it had a weight on the bottom of the tower to steady it during use but it functions well. I also appreciate how responsive the CEO was!
