Came with different heads and is perfect for oral stimming. My son who’s Autistic liked chewing on the pieces and the vibration. This is helpful for him to self-regulate.

We have purchased this twice. We got first one and wouldn’t turn on. We assumed it must have been a bad one. Returned and replace with another one. It does not work either.Very poor quality control.Some others write same issue in comments.
