This is part one of a product and customer service review. My Oasis walker arrived from Galenus Medical two days ago. It was easy to assemble even without the excellent assembly guide. My wife has used the same Oasis walker for years with no problems. But my walker arrived with a minor misalignment of the mainframe, and I emailed the company immediately. The next day, I received a courteous and encouraging response from Betty at Oasis Customer Service, and she requested details and photos. I complied and received another email from Betty on the same day. Unfortunately, the parts I needed were out of stock.Nevertheless, Betty said that Oasis is sending an alternate solution to solve my walker’s problem, and she thanked me for my cooperation and patience. I am happy to have that kind of customer service within 48 hours of initiating repairs to anything these days! And based on that excellent customer service, I am confident that I will be pleased with the company’s solution to this problem. I will complete part two of this review immediately after receiving the replacement item that Oasis has shipped, and I am one satisfied customer at this point!PART TWO!!!BETTY AT OASIS COMPACT FOLDING WALKERS SENT ME A COMPLETE NEW WALKER! I like the ability to adjust the width. I’m in an older home with narrow doorways. It is a bit wobbly but not enough to drop a star. It assembles with no tools. Ala in all a good product.
