There are quite a few negative reviews based on people who misunderstood the product – this is not a pillow for sleeping! Using it 10 minutes a day for the last few weeks has helped with my neck discomfort (I work at a desk) and has the added benefit of giving me time to meditate.

I use this product to stretch my neck it works rather well. The silicon rubber feels soft yet firm, better than any hard plastic which do not offer any long term comfort.The pocket guide is also a nice addition and well written. Customer support is also very helpful and wants to ensure the product meets expectations.

Best neck pillow I have ever used, it is flexible and does help a lot to ease the pain due to neck pressure.I am in front of computer more than 8 hours a day, this pillow really helps to reduce the pain of the neck. recommended!
