I got this 1.17.25. I tried it and loved it. I WFH and sit for 9hrs+ with 4 monitors. So I get neck pain & shoulder pain. The heat is great, I did 3 continuous 3 cycles because it felt so great- no issues with battery life. My son tried it after. He liked it too. After I felt no pain, slept great. The best money spent. On the plus it can travel with me. I have bought so many products for relief and this by far works the best and I actually got pain relief. Thank you.

This product does everything it advertised it’s very comfortable and forms to the natural curve of your neck. Helps stretch your neck when you are feeling tight and sore. Easy to use and operate. Charges quickly and lasts very reasonable lengths of time. The size is perfect and easy to store. Smooth and easy to wipe down and keep clean. Highly recommend for neck pain and over all cervical spine care!

Love every single thing about this product. Used it for the first time today. Heat, vibration and plates combine to create relaxation and pain relief. Wish I had seen this earlier. My remote doesn’t seem to work but I do not care. 5 star product at incredible value.
