We got this for our aunt who is staying with us during a recovery.It arrives needing some assembly.It took 15 minutes to assemble.It comes with directions that are clear and easy to understand.It seems to be made well.The connections to the pump are solid.The cover seems durable.The plus feels strong.The air channels seem to be sturdy.To test it out we put it on a standard bed and turned it on.The tubes filled and alternated the pressure over and over.The mattress was comfortable.We were confident enough after trying it out, to move her and put it under her.So far she seems to have no issue with it.We believe it will prevent her from getting any bed sores.We would buy this again.

Just got this and I’m really disappointed in the directionsor lack there of. It doesn’t even explain the dial! There are also zero YouTube videos that have a review of this.Watching other air matress videos, the dial should adjust how firm it is. I’ve tried all the way up and on the lowest setting and they feel the same!Other models, the dial is set depending on the users weight.I pulled the hose off and let a lot of air out. Then turned it back on and layer on it before it was full. Seems to be a little softer now.Please film a video and explain the suggested settings!This will be for my mother aho can’t speak so it’s going yo be a guess since there is no direction!!
