My mother is 84 and she had a hip replacement this year. She is through her physical therapy, but the therapist recommended this to help her be able to get out and about more. She can walk ok in the house without a cane and walks most places outside of the house with a cane for balance/stability. This is something that we got her to be able to go places that require a bit more walking than point A to point B – think craft fair, mall, community event, etc. This gives her stability to walk faster/further and also the confidence in knowing that when she gets tired, she can just wheel to the side and sit down to rest. We have used this twice already and she loves it.This comes mostly assembled – the only thing you really need to do is put the handles on and there is a screw piece for this. The only issue here is that there is no tool included to help you adjust these screws and it isn’t a standard phillips or straight screw.

I couldn’t believe it, but what did I have to lose trying it out? I mean this thing was inexpensive, so I figured it must be made from cheap materials since all the ones I’ve seen like it were above $200-$300! Well let me tell you, this is just as well built like my father’s $280 walker! It just proves the markup on these things is horrendous! This walker was very easy to put together! Taking my time, from box opening to cleaning up the packing, I would say it took between 10 to 15 minutes to put together and clean up. The brakes hold very well, the tires grip even on slippery tile. The seat comes in handy to take a breather and sit down or to hold things for me as I move down the hallway or from the house to the car. If you have a few things that might roll around, you can lift the seat and put it in the pouch under the seat for safe keeping! The walker is very easy to maneuver. It’s easy to pick up off the floor and set it down in another area.I would recommend this walker to my 87 year old mother, even though she doesn’t need it yet! If I would recommend it to her, I would certainly recommend it to you! It’s a great product at a very good price. In fact, thanks Medline for not blowing up the prices just because the word “medical” can be attached to the description for its uses.

Very sturdy. Very useful in the yard. I’m 6’2 and even at the extended length this thing goes. It feels just a hair

Great sturdy walker rollator. It makes user feel secure and rolls easily over area carpeting. I would have given this item a 5 star review except for 2 factors. First factor was that the storage bag under the seat was not properly secured and I had to unscrew the seat in order to properly secure it. No big deal to secure the bag, but annoying. Second, I felt that the handles could have been better attached with different hardware or a slight frame connecting tubing size modification. While the handles are quite secure to the main frame, they are a bit more loose than I would like them to be. I would prefer for them to fit tightly together with the main frame of the walker. I feel that there is too much play at the connecting point with the main frame. As I stated, different hardware might be the answer or a slight change in the size of the tubing at the connecting point with the main frame. Otherwise, great item to buy for an extremely reasonable price.

This walker is perfect for me. I have had sciatica pain for the past year and lately, it has been so bad in my lower back, left buttock and hip that even using my cane does not help me walk without pain, and certainly I cannot walk upright. I already have the tall walker with all the bells and whistles, but it is bulkier to move around indoors although it does provide forearm rests. All in all, this Medline walker is perfect with a smaller profile while still providing a padded seat, storage compartment and adjustable height of handles. In addition, I purchased the cup holder which works perfectly with this walker. The walker rolls and turns easily with the 8″ wheels, and the brake levers are easy to utilize. All in all, a very good walker for anyone having mobility issues. I highly recommend this walker.
