There may be times when a walker/rollator is not enough for a patient but a conventional wheelchair seems too much. Then, a transfer chair makes sense. This Medline chair is lighter and folds more compactly than a wheelchair. The 12” wheels handle uneven surfaces. The chair is comfortable, well-made, handles up to 300 pounds, and is offered by a known company who markets a wide variety of healthcare products.

Nice transfer wheelchair. It is very sturdy and feels much more like a standard wheelchair than most flimsy transfer chairs. It is still a fairly heavy chair though so just be aware. Wheels were a little cumbersome to attach but otherwise, the rest was very easy. It is also narrow enough that I can go from room to room in my house without having to remove the doors from the frames.

If I been looking for a small and I mean a compact wheelchair to fit in my car. This chair is a no Brain-er to have . Easy freaking easy to install and start using it. See image I left .Doesn’t damage my car when transporting it.A +++
