You need to look at the listing to see how to assemble and properly put on the device. The instructions have no pic or description. The instructions tell you how to inflate and deflate. I personally found it uncomfortable and I have a long neck. It gave me a headache and pressure in my ears after less than a minute. Did not work out for me.
