Before using, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere but home and sit. Now I feel like I can go out with friends and shopping and not have to worry about my legs and feet hurting. It helps with circulation in my feet.

The machine appears well built; but, the remote is not up to snuff. I’ve only had the machine a day and I put a new battery in the remote. Sometimes it responds and works, sometimes not. I will be sending it back in the next day or two.

My grandma is 80 years old with two bad knees and limited mobility. The automated movement of it should be very good for her. She just got this machine and it works really well. I’ll report back on if it’s helped with her mobility. She was able to do the Morning Exercise workout while watching TV. It’s very quiet.
