Okay, I am not gonna lie I was skeptical at first buttt… I can honestly say that I see a little more definition on my tummy haha!The design of the belt is comfortable, and it fits snugly around my waist without feeling too tight or restrictive. The intensity levels are adjustable, so I can customize it based on my comfort level and gradually increase the intensity as I get stronger. I like to go up to 15 since I got used to it after a while haha.It’s great for people who are busy or don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym. I can wear it while I work, watch TV, or even while doing chores around the house! but let me be clear you wont see any results if you are not gonna implement some sort of diet or cardio in your life. It’s not a replacement for a full workout routine, for the best results I recommend using it after your regular workouts, I noticed it works best for me that way.Overall, I’m really happy with this belt. If you’re looking for an extra boost in your fitness journey, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try!

This product is user-friendly, offering various levels for beginners to progress through. I began at level 6 and successfully advanced to level 15. It includes a water bottle sprayer designed for application on two pads, which efficiently seals and directs moisture to the abdominal area. I adjust it from my upper abs to the middle and then lower abs. Gentlemen, it’s advisable to start at a lower level when targeting your lower abs with an electrical simulator—if you catch my drift. It worked so well that I purchased a second device for my wife and taught her how to use it, and she enjoys it just as much. A notable feature is that I have a 60-minute commute, during which I can wear the device while driving. The modulator offers six settings and operates in 20-minute cycles, allowing me to complete three sessions on my way to work, resulting in firmer abs! Unlike other ab stimulators, there are no troublesome gel tabs that fall off or lose adhesion. I highly recommend this robust product for anyone seeking a durable device that can withstand frequent use.Very easy to use. Variable speeds, strong stimulation for stronger muscle contraction. Just have to spray some water and it’s ready to use. Can be used anywhere/anytime, while driving or work outs. Have used it for a month now and I am very happy with the results.
