This is the second MAIDeSITe electric floor lift I purchased this month. One for downstairs and one for our upstairs living spaces.The unit came extremely well packaged, fully assembled and within 5 minutes I had the lift going up with me on it. I can highly recommend this wonderful people aid. It is reasonably priced, easy to move and in a few minutes to get ready to use it.My wife and I are in our upper 80th. In the event of a fall it is impossible to lift us off the floor without the help from other people. An outside emergency help is more costly than the price of this lift.

The chair is sturdy and does go down flat to the ground which makes it easy to help someone into it. It rises to 24 inches which is the perfect height to transfer some to another seat. My only request is the it would be more helpful if it moved up and down more quickly.
