    excellent

This item is designed to look like a traction splint, but it is so flimsy it broke the first time I tried to adjust it. Not use it — simply adjust it to proper length.I hand loosened the plastic nuts – slid the splint to length – then hand tightened the nuts. One of the plastic nuts stripped its threads from simple hand tightening. There was no tension whatsoever on the splint. This traction splint is utterly worthless. Do not waste your money.

  3. Andrew Inge

The first one received was broken on one of the screw down parts. I returned it for a new one. The second one was also broken. The tripod part wouldn’t lock into place because the hole wasn’t deep enough for the pin to lock into place. The ischial strap was put on backwards so it has to be twisted to get the Velcro to face the right side.
