Bought this for my dad to get him from his apartment to my mom’s room at their senior living residence. It’s quite a long walk for him to visit his wife of 72 years and he does not want to use a walker/rollator much to my chagrin. They’re both 95+ years old and it’s tough living apart. But he can no longer care for my mom himself. This chair has been just the best thing ever! Now he can go over as many times a day as he pleases and feelsvery independent. My hubby did the minimalassembly when it arrived and we both tried it out. We were delighted at how easy it is to maneuver and learn to use. (It can be configured for either left or right hand control.) We then went to my dad’s place and had him go around in the parking lot for a first go at using it—-straight forward, reverse, turns, using different speeds and trying the horn. The smile on his face was precious. He drove it easily up the long sidewalk and maneuvered through the HC power assist doorway into his building. He has had it about a month now and has only had to charge it once. Charging is such an easy process! We were amazed at how lightweight the battery is. It needs to come off when putting the chair in the car for travel purposes, but that’s easily done. The entire chair is very lightweight and placed into the trunk with ease, even by me, a 70 year old slightly overweight woman with back issues. It collapses easily to do this and then sets up again for use just as easily. Daddy has had many other residents inquire about his new chair and he gives them the link to review it themselves. He seems to be using it more and more, the longer he has it. That tells me it’s easy to use and recharge. We had looked into his Medicare insurance providing something like this, but honestly, his co-pay would’ve been about the same, he’d have had at least one, maybe two doctor visits to get the required paperwork done, then another appointment at a DME provider to actually show him his options and order it. THEN WAIT 3-6 MONTHS for it to be delivered!!!! I highly suggest this chair to support someone who is still mobile but can no longer walk long distances. (It’s also a comfy seat to sit in for longer periods of time if needed.).

I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous about ordering an electric wheelchair—would it be complicated to set up? Would it be too bulky to handle? Those worries disappeared the moment it arrived. Straight out of the box, it was nearly ready to use. All I had to do was attach the battery, put on the seat cushion, and unfold it. That was it.The first time I powered it on, I was amazed at how smoothly it moved. The joystick was incredibly responsive, letting me glide effortlessly through my home and even maneuver tight corners. I tested out its ability to spin in place, go forward, backward, and sideways—it handled it all like a pro. Adjusting the speed was simple, making it easy to find a pace that felt comfortable.Folding it up was surprisingly quick—just a few seconds—and it fit neatly into my car trunk. The lightweight design made it perfect for travel. Whether it was a trip to the park or running errands, I felt confident knowing I could bring it along without a hassle. What stood out most, though, was the thoughtful safety features. The seatbelt, hand brake, anti-tilt design, and solid tires gave me a sense of security, even on uneven surfaces. It’s clear this wheelchair was built with care and attention to detail. For the first time in a while, I felt a sense of freedom and independence. It’s not just a wheelchair; it’s a gateway to getting back out there and moving through life with ease.

The wheelchair was well packed and protected. Unpacking was easy and the chair unfolded easily. The battery hook up was easy and intuitive. The charging time was within specs. The chair is easy to operate and sturdy. The weight is light enough to fold and put in back gate of my SUV. Functional and maneuverable in tight spaces when compared to bigger more expensive chairs. A definite good value for the money. Goes up my 7 degree ramp with 250 lbs plus person with no problems.

We bought this wheelchair for my 88 year old mother two months ago…..she wanted to go see her great grandkids play flag football and soccer, but couldn’t walk all over the fields. It has been amazing so far. This chair is simple to charge, folds up very easily and fits in the back of our SUV. My husband lifts it in easily. Mom has quickly learned how to use the joystick to steer it, and is comfortable now adjusting the speed. The chair has traveled well over concrete, cobblestone, grass, and artificial turf….even through a gravel parking lot. The grandkids love that it beeps when she backs up! Overall, we are super pleased…..it has really opened up the world for her.

I got this electric wheelchair for my mom, and it has been such a blessing for her—and for me. She’s always been independent, so seeing her struggle to get around was tough. This wheelchair changed everything. It’s lightweight but sturdy, making it easy to fold up and fit into the trunk of my car when we’re headed out. The folding mechanism is quick and smooth, so it’s never a hassle to bring along. The 360-degree joystick is a standout feature. It’s so intuitive that she got the hang of it almost immediately, and now she navigates through the house and around obstacles like a pro. Even in tighter spaces, she has full control without feeling overwhelmed. The adjustable speed is another favorite feature. She likes having the option to take it slow when she’s indoors or pick up the pace outside, and the battery life is solid enough for her to go about her day without worrying about running out of charge. The safety features are what give me the most peace of mind. The seatbelt, hand brake, and anti-tilt design all make sure she’s safe while using it, and the puncture-proof tires mean I don’t have to stress about her getting stranded somewhere. She’s even mentioned how stable and secure the chair feels, even on uneven surfaces. This wheelchair has given my mom back her independence, and I’ve loved seeing her confidence return. She’s able to do things she hadn’t done in months, all on her own. It’s hard to put into words how much this has improved her quality of life. If you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use wheelchair for a loved one, this is absolutely worth it. I only wish we’d gotten it sooner.

Purchased this for my 80-year old mother to use at her assisted living facility. We had to replace it with another brand because she was having too many problems with it tipping forward when she tried to go over the change from carpet to tile or when exiting the elevator.
