Large and somewhat heavy box arrived quickly. Well packaged. A many paged small print manual was included in an accessory bag. look for it and read it first!!! Once you have followed the instructions you will spend perhaps 20 minutes and will have a wonderful wheelchair! I did take 4 hours to initially charge the batteries once fully assembled. Make sure you connect the two red electrical plugs together under the chair! They are separated for shipping safety.

The chair arrived on scheudle , the box was undamaged and everything looked great. Unit seems well constructed. It is quite easy to fold and unfold taking little space to store at home or in the car.I have used it most of the time in my house but on many occasions I have used it outside in grass, gravel, dirt and on my sidewalks. It handles all surfaces with ease and remains stable in pretty sharp turns at a reasonable speed. This is my fourth wheelchair and it is easily my favorite for all around use and is by far the best on uneven terrain or when there is need to go up slopes that are far steeper than any public access wheelchair ramps I have encountered.Kindly customer service and good price based on the product. So happy I chose them.

This product was bought for a senior who is unable to walk. The product arrived in a severely damaged box and the charger was broken. The legs in the chair are too short for individuals who are taller than 5’ 2 “. The seller has refused to cover the total cost to return their defective product. Disabled senior person was taken advantage. Galenus Medical customer service and claims department refused to assist.

I like the quilted stitching, zippered compartment, and the open pockets. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than it actually is though. I could fit a standard 16oz water bottle in one of the side pockets (there are three) but only a very narrow thermos. Just as well, as any liquid would need to be covered or it would splash about.Like other attachable bags, this works OK until the ride starts getting rough and it shakes. The front end slides down rather easily after a few minutes on a bumpy road. Not a problem if you don’t have anything heavy in it, but if you put a full water bottle in the first pocket (nearest the front of the wheel chair), it will quickly start to slide. I haven’t found a satisfactory option to minimize the problem other than to really really tighten the velcro strip as hard as possible. I’m able to do this for my father when taking him out in the wheelchair, but it would be difficult for him to do alone. This isn’t unique to this bag, just a general limitation. As I’m writing this I’m thinking of getting some stick on velcro tape and using that on wheelchair arm (where it won’t be in the way).In any case, the bag is otherwise good and should hold up under regular use.

This the best power wheelchair on the market. So light weight, so easy too stear. A great buy!!!!! They are a very great company with great customer service. They are called Zelong US. I would from them again.

I have another chair. This one has larger wheels and a little more power. I like how it deals with access ramps, thresholds and uneven roads. The other chair cost twice as much as this one and has turned out to be unreliable. I feel that I made a good investment in this chair.
