We bought this chair for my 84 year old mother. She was familiar with the carts at Walmart but never used a joystick. The chair was easy to assemble and understand the recharge system. It charges at the joystick controller or battery pack directly. This would be handy if you don’t have a handy place to plug it in. You can lift off the 3 lb pack and plug it into a countertop. The chair is powerful and can be fast. It handled my steep driveway slope easily. The size is smaller and fits through doors. It is a great chair. Two items to know. You have to practice with the joystick, slight moves respond quickly. Leg supports need to be removed to fit in a sedan. It compacts like a travel chair but the legs don’t fold back. You need to pull a pin device to remove the leg supports. I also pull out the controller to make it smaller.

I bought this chair as a Christmas present for my mother but she is just not coordinated enough to use the joystick. I tried it in my home and it seemed like an awesome chair!!! It has 5 speeds and goes like go cart!!!. I’m so sorry that she can’t use it. I highly recommend this chair. It is so light and easy to handle.

Great product , but a little heavy heaviest 40 lbs I have ever picked up . Nice chair but on heavy side would not be for everyone because of weight.
