I love this thing. It has given me a sense of freedom… mostly. I’ve ridden it up and down Beale street, through multiple airports, and around town. I like how it looks and how it handles. I also like that I can easily fit my carry-on luggage under my legs. It’s also easy to fold and unfold. My only complaint is that it’s too heavy for me to lift in and out of my trunk by myself. To be fair, I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands are weak. However, I think many people opting for a scooter like this are also the kind of people who will struggle lifting this thing alone. So far when I’ve had to lift it I’ve either been with friends or family, or I’ve relied on the kindness of strangers (not ideal).Overall, I’d probably purchase it again if given the choice. I just wish I could find a way to lift it.

Only have had this scooter for two days but based upon my experience this far I’m giving it 5 stars. I’ll re-visit my review if needed later. The scooter was delivered exactly on time and unpacking was very straight forward once I got all the cardboard cut open be sure to have a sharp knife . This thing is well packed and requires several boxes to be opened but the packing assured the scooter would arrive without damage which it did. Once unpacked I did have a minor issue getting the scooter to unfold and the included directions in pictorial form were not clear so after a few minutes of struggling with try to find the release button to allow the scooter to unfold I called the company and wow was I impressed, the phone was answered by a real person. None of this phone tree crap which is just irritating! However the woman who answered my call clearly was not a native speaker of English and was having a hard time understanding me and my problem so she politely asked if she could get someone else to help me out and she connected me to a most competent man who spoke perfect English. It only took him a couple minutes to help me with the issue I was having. Even though the directions say button there is no button but there is a release lever which needs to be pushed to unlock the folded up scooter. Once this was done the rest was easy the scooter unfolded and re-folded easily and since this is not my first scooter it was easy and straight forward to operate. Hadn’t planned on buying a new scooter but on a recent trip the airline dropped and damaged my other scooter and damaged it beyond repair. I had looked at folding scooters in the past because they are so much easier to load into your car and like this scooter they are light enough to be loaded by one person. To summarize, I am very happy with the scooter so far and recommend it to anyone who needs a mobility scooter!Note to company, thanks for the great phone service but can you do something about the excessive price $550 for a second battery? That price just seems too high. A battery should not cost close to 25% of the initial cost of the scooter in my opinion! I realize it’s newer battery technology but it’s still too high since battery costs are declining as electric cars become become more popular at least that’s what I read! But beyond the battery cost I am pleased and recommend this scooter to anyone with mobility issues!

This scooter has very little legroom and I am 5’4″ for comparison.ALSO this scooter is NOT weather proof or water resistant and it states in the book not to ride it on wet surfaces. This fact is not mentioned at all in the description. Who would think a scooter isn’t weatherproof? Now I’m stuck with this scooter which is non-returnable. Very disappointing.
