No matter how good of a deal you think you’re getting please DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM I purchased this to help move my mom around after her double amputation and the lift never worked it won’t go up or down AT ALL it’s completely useless and I lost all my money with purchases since I ship the chair abroad for her and can’t pay anymore to have it ship back, amazon could only help me with $91 to help having it check by someone else, please save yourself the money and the headache and go with an item from another seller with better reviews because this one is useless.

Love this it will be a big help with disabled wife. Easy to put together rolls nicely, the jack works great.

Hydrolics do not work. Can raise but not lower. The bed is higher than the chair I need to transfer patient to. Also can’t expand to 180 degrees without removing the whole seat attachment. Customer service is terrible. When I called customer service the guy who picked up pretended as he couldn’t hear me. I called again and gave all the information and he said he emailed me but I don’t have any email.
