The box was Brocken and missing pieces and the equipment is used it look very unclean and its not as what I expected not as shown in the picture

Easy to transport Mom from bed to chair to potty to shower. Rolls right into shower. Only wish it pumped up a little higher.

box was crush on corner and one side of caster wheel broken glued it back on a new one wpuld be nice
