I recently purchased this pillow combo because I have having nasal surgery and was required to sleep upright for two weeks. This has made it very easy to do. The first night was a little rough more so because I wasn’t used to sleeping that way but It became easier each night. The wedge for the legs is extremely functional and in my opinion necessary if you have to rest in this position. The design is great and allows support and movement while still being firm and comfortable! Overall… I am 100% keeping this for any future scenarios I may need it. It has made it so much easier to sleep while recovering from this surgery. I recommend it 1000 times over!!!

Product is as described. Is firm and holds shape. I only used back support few times during recover (it hurt my neck after many hours) but used the knee support every night I slept on my back. Worth the money!
