I purchased this wedge pillow after my surgeon instructed me to sleep elevated following breast surgery. Initially, it was a bit uncomfortable since I’ve been a side sleeper my whole life, but after some time, it became easier to adjust due to how well the pillow contours to my body. I’ve been using it for over a month now, and it hasn’t flattened or lost its shape. The best part is how much it has improved my sleep quality. Even after recovering from surgery, I continue to use it because I’ve noticed improvements in my acne and wrinkles from not sleeping on my side. This pillow has truly changed my life! Whether you need the pillow for surgery or simply want to get in the habit of sleeping on your back, I highly recommend it!

I can’t sleep a full night without waking up from back pain. Until this pillow. It is comfortable, has a shape that is great for my back, and I sleep like a baby for 8 hours. I wish it were wider, my arms hang off the side. The length is best for a person well under 6′ tall. I have to put a pillow in end between this pillow and the headboard for my head to rest on. It was a good experiment to make me willing to spend more on a wider, longer version, maybe with a leg wedge as well.
