This is the best, strongest, fare priced hip, buttie and even belly trainer ever, totally recommended. I can feel the power of it. I wish this company would do a belly arms and thighs. I would buy all of the products, for real. I put on my belly, and add a waistband over to positioned right on the area. The remote control allows to regulate the strength desired. Some of us have extremely busy days, parenting, housing, working, studying, etc, We don’t have time to exercise, sometimes taking our fur babies for a walk is the only form of exercise we can spare. As we get older our muscles start to lose their tonality, finding this product with a vibration plate. I never feel this good, tighten up my buttie, and belly. EMS is the future of wellness. Utilize technology. Give a chance to this product, and thank yourself later. It goes for 20 minutes at the time, I do 20 minutes Interval, 10 minutes in the vibration plate, then the rest 10 minutes off the plate with slow/ holding squats. Then I turned around 10 minutes vibration plank intervals planking ( I’m not the most athletic ) then the rest of 10 minutes, planking off the vibration plate. Noticed changes in the first week. Be gentle with your body and listen to it. DO NOT THINK TWICE BUY IT !!!
