I purchased this very lightweight transport wheelchair for my 81 year old mother. The previous chair was VERY heavy and uncomfortable.I saw the transport wheelchair on Galenus Medical and decided to try it. I’m so glad I did!!!It’s SUPER light , glides effortlessly, has a super thick comfortable cushion seat. It was very easy to assemble. My mom absolutely loves it. I am 63 years old and I’m able to easily fold and lift it into my car.I must say, it is a narrow chair. My mom is 5’2” and weighs 130 lbs. This chair would not accommodate a large wide person with the armrests in the down position.

Comfortable enough size works because I’m small enough to fit in it I bought a cup holder for it and it does the trick. I wish I had a way to push myself. Since I am not completely handicapped and I can get up and walk I do so sometimes by using it like a walker. The wheels are an issue because they get stuck in cracks or they make it hard to get over bumps etc, you have to really be moving at the right speed.

This wheel chair is light weight, fits through narrow areas very well and very comfortable!
