JW Engineer –
Finally decided I needed to get one of these, as one of my MDs has suggested for a few years. Bought this one for the wide [18″] seat, as others would be a bit snug for my, well, ample butt.It was easy to assemble, it’s very sturdy, and folds up easily. Adjustable handle height, has the storage under the seat, and even a little pouch for my phone.I couldn’t figure out how to fold it until I read the instructions [as we Engineers tend to do], and it’s very easy with a strap under the seat. Just takes seconds. Weighs ~ 20#, manageable even for my wife. Very pleased overall.

I bought this because I have a trip planned and can’t take my powerchair. I tried to stumble around using a cane and fell and broke my foot. The trip is in two days and this chair looked good and delivery was fast so I bought it. All I can say is wow. It is very, very sturdy with the larger wheels and thicker frame. The hardest part of putting it together was getting the plastic wrap off the parts; but with that done, it went together fast. TIP: Start out shorter on the legs and sit in the chair before you tighten the screws on the legs. I have a tall torso and short legs and ended up shortening the legs so the seat was closer to the floor, and raising the handles so my arms are comfortable. It rolls very smoothly and seems very sturdy. Surprisingly good purchase.

Like the walker. Was dificult to put together. Took awhile to understand the directions. Looked it up on line to be able to put together. But is a sturdy piece.
