This 2 in 1 rollator walker and wheelchair requires assembly. A user manual is provided, and pictures of installation are printed for easy reference. In fact, the assembly is not complicate, and no tool are required for the assembly.This walker-wheelchair combo unit has a foldable metal frame that is sturdy. Its weight is about 28 lbs., and has a weight capacity of 300 lbs. This unit has non-pneumatic rubber 10 inches 360° rotating front wheels and 8 inches rear wheels. All the wheels can be moved smoothly and stably on most surface and terrains, either for indoor or outdoor usage.This unit allows to adjust the handle height to suit different users. There are 7 inches adjustment range that allow the height of handles to be adjusted from 32” to 39” and the knobs with bolt can secure and lock the adjusted handles in position. Moreover, the handles are easy to grip and have brake controls. By pulling up and holding the handle lever can slow down or for a temporary lock of the rear wheels. While pushing down the handbrakes can totally lock the wheels for parking.For either walker or wheelchair usage, the unit has a durable fabric seat together with a cushioning back support that’s fine for taking a rest after walking or as a mini transport wheelchair. The seat is not quite deep and only has about 12 inches depth. Those tall guys may not feel comfortable for having large portion of leg out of the seat pad. My husband and I have only had this wheelchair walker for about 10 days. It maneuvers well when using it as a walker. When using it as a wheelchair it does pretty well. will go over terrain pretty well, but there are issues when trying to go over certain areas as such as areas than have strip a when entering building a. I have to end up backing the wheelchair and into certain buildings when I have my husband in the wheelchair. The wheelchair folds pretty easy and it is pretty lightweight, weighing about 38 pounds which I can still lift and put into the back of my car compared to a regular wheelchair that weighs more than this.

This was very easy to assemble. A quick glance at the parts and the picture, let me assemble it without the directions. If you need the directions, your in luck because the manual is well written and illustrated.This combo unit is a little heavier than a standard rollator, but that’s due to its dual use and it’s larger size ( due to it being able to be used as a wheelchair ). There is a strap on the seat that is pulled up to begin folding it up for storage or transport.It’s wheels are a little larger due to its dual use, but it makes it easier to roll. The thing I like is that when you have a family member who doesn’t want to be in a wheelchair but should, this serves that purpose with stealth. My mom can’t walk far, but won’t volunteer to use anything. If I get her to use a rollator, it’s not long before she needs a rest. There is no easy way to push someone on a rollator.With this unit, flipping the backrest ( it pivots to work in either direction ) allows the rollator to become a wheelchair with the handles behind the user. There are included foot rests that take seconds to install or remove. It’s simple assembly allows it to be partially disassembled if needed for transport.In either the rollator or wheelchair mode, it’s dual functionality is a great solution for users that have mobility issues but sometimes need a wheelchair. It’s construction and layout is also great for larger people. Im 6′ tall and 215 lbs and I fount it to be roomy, get it’s adjustability would allow someone who is 5’ tall to fit it to thier use. The handle height has a very large adjustment range, which makes it ideal for wheelchair use, the pusher can raise the handles as high as needed.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, even compatible for people just under 5 ft as it is often hard to find products well suited. It definitely appears sturdy.

This is very well-made rollator. While the solid build is a great feature, it also makes it heavier than some might like. It may be difficult for some elders to lift to put in a car trunk. If you’re comfortable lifting about 23 pounds this will work. However, a big positive is that the weight and sturdiness make it very stable, which is probably the most important feature.It folds on the side-to-side axis allowing a narrow folded profile. This makes it easier to roll it through a tight space and then expand it again. The seat has a handle used for folding the rollator. The handle makes it somewhat uncomfortable to sit on. You could mitigate this by using a seat cushion (not provided).A bonus feature is that it has removable leg extensions so that the rollator can be converted to a transport chair. This can be useful, but use as a wheelchair is really only feasible on smooth surfaces. It’s tough to push on grass or other rough surfaces. Use as just a rollator is much more efficient and easy to roll.
